2025 marked Amber's second year of structured sustainability reporting, and the first time we could compare progress against a full prior-year baseline. This report looks at how our approach is evolving across our people, communities, responsible business practices, technology, and environmental impact.
The year brought measurable progress in several areas: women represented 25.8% of Amber's workforce, internal mobility reached 24.5%, and Amber achieved ISO/IEC 27001 certification two years ahead of target. We also refreshed our materiality assessment to better understand which ESG topics matter most to our stakeholders and to the business.
The report also looks honestly at where there is still work to do, from pay equity and career development to environmental measurement and the continued development of a more structured ESG framework.
