How it works

For roles in Engineering, Game Design, Production, and more:

Once you respond to our invitation, we’ll set up an initial interview to learn more about you—your experience, portfolio, and rates. (An NDA may be exchanged beforehand).

After the interview, you’ll receive a technical test that will be reviewed by one of our Discipline Leaders.

Based on the test results, we’ll arrange a technical interview with a Discipline Leader to dive deeper into your skillset and fit for upcoming projects.

If everything aligns, we’ll send over an MSA outlining the general terms for our collaboration.

For each project, we’ll define the specific scope and requirements in an SoW before you begin.

For Art and Creative Talent:

After responding to the invitation, we’ll send you a form to capture your details, including rates and experience—this takes the place of an initial interview.

Our Art Director will review your portfolio to assess your fit for future creative opportunities.

After the portfolio review, you’ll have a conversation with the Art Director to explore your experience and creative vision.

If selected, you’ll receive an MSA detailing the terms of our partnership.
