Learning & Development
Because education starts with us, we've developed an internal component of Amber Academy. Learning & Development aims to upscale our people's skills through a community where participants have the purpose of learning from each other, testing ideas, solving challenges, practicing new skills, receiving feedback and anything else that the group chooses to be useful in growing training and facilitation skills.
