Training and Development Manager

We are looking for a passionate, experienced Training and Development Manager to work with our People Ops Team.

Role’s key responsibilities:

  • Define, build and implement a company-wide Learning System
  • Create training sessions based on existing processes and methodologies
  • Create and hold training sessions on key soft skills for Amber staff
  • Elaborate long-term learning and development strategy
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to key staff
  • Create periodical skill gap analysis and elaborate conclusions
  • Create internal certification program
  • Contribute to company learning culture and design the complete learning experience

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Very good understanding of Learning and Development principles and function in the organization
  • Good knowledge of at least one Learning Management System tool
  • Proven training/trainer experience on soft and technical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and English fluency
  • Proven experience working with senior level staff
  • At least 3 years of Trainer experience
  • University/Academic degree in communication or similar
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and relevant presentation tools
  • Self-driven and motivated, opened to new approaches, strong personality
  • Ability to influence others and build solid relationships
